Pipe insulation volume E = π·(B/1000 + 1.033·t/1000)·(1.033·t/1000)·length; surface area F = π·(B/1000 + 2·t/1000 + 2·t/1000·0.05 + 0.0032 + 0.005)·length. Flange: E = π·(B/1000 + 1.033·t/1000)·1.5·B/1000·1.033·t/1000·1.05·qty; F = π·(B/1000 + 2.1·t/1000)·1.5·B/1000·1.05·qty. Valve uses the 2.5 coefficient. π = 3.1415926.
