DIPPR equations are implemented; water uses curated coefficients. All other compounds use generalized correlations (Letsou–Stiel, Yoon–Thodos, Sato–Riedel, Rackett, Modified Eucken), clearly labeled 'estimated'.

Liquid properties are shown only below the critical temperature.
