Furnace pressure curve
Note — Add the loss margin and a ramp/hold schedule (pre-pressure → boost → hold) for the furnace.
Note — Real pressure also includes friction and dynamic losses; add margin per your equipment.
Note — Curve is physical: pre-pressure → climb (level rise) → hold → release.
Note — Records the pressurization-curve animation as WebM (modern browsers). GIF export needs an external encoder.
Note — Heat loss through the riser tube cools the melt; keep gate temp above liquidus.
Note — Gate temperature from riser-tube loss feeds back into melt viscosity, raising pressure drop and peak pressure (closed loop).
Note — Selecting an alloy auto-fills density, furnace temp. and liquidus.
